Role overview

We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Coventry-based team. You’ll provide accurate, insightful, and actionable financial information to stakeholders across the business while supporting key projects that deliver real community impact.

This is an agile working role, offering flexibility alongside collaboration in our Coventry office.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Provide financial analysis and support to Business Partners.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports, forecasts, and budget updates.
  • Analyse internal and external data to identify trends and improve performance.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and board papers for senior management.
  • Support project managers in developing and reviewing business cases aligned with Orbit’s strategic goals.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

  • Qualified or finalist (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, ICAEW, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a financial role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong financial analysis and modelling abilities.

Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and literacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical mindset with sound problem-solving skills.
