About the Role

As a Front Office Data Engineer Graduate Analyst, you will join the TDS Technology team in London, working directly with the Front Office. You will help build and evolve critical business data pipelines, libraries, reports, and analytical tools that drive insights and efficiencies for our FICC business.

This program offers structured training, early project exposure, and the opportunity to develop skills across finance, data, and technology.

Role Requirements

  • 2:1 (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong interest in finance and technology
  • Programming experience (Python, Java)
  • Familiarity with software engineering methodologies (OOP, Agile)
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Experience with Git for version control
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Desirable:

  • Experience with Numpy, Pandas, Matlab, or R
  • Data visualization libraries (matplotlib, seaborn, plotly) and dashboards (Dash, Streamlit, Shiny)
  • Understanding of test-driven development
