Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures, including luggage assistance and room orientation
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and credit facilities
- Assist with guest requests and complaints
- Maximise revenue opportunities through upselling
- Provide information on hotel services and local attractions
About You
- Previous front office experience in luxury hotels preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with hotel management software and proficient computer skills
