The Role
We are looking for a Front-end leaning Full Stack Engineer to shape the core product experience for enterprise users. You will work closely with users and a cross-functional team to design, build, and iterate on AI-powered tools that unlock entirely new ways of working.
What You’ll Do
- Own the development of new user-facing features end-to-end
- Track and implement best-in-class interaction patterns for AI-driven tools
- Work directly with users to understand problems and design effective solutions
- Act as part of the design function until the team scales
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Help build and maintain a robust, scalable design system using React and Tailwind
You Might Be a Great Fit If You
- Have 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Are fluent in TypeScript/JavaScript (React) and comfortable working with Python
- Have strong UI/UX intuition or hands-on design experience
- Can choose the right tools while balancing speed, quality, and scalability
- Are comfortable taking loosely defined problems to production-ready solutions quickly
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Thrive in an early-stage, high-ownership environment — prototype today, deploy tomorrow
Bonus Points
- Experience building products powered by LLMs or AI systems
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to detail and polish
- Familiarity with supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing domains
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £100,000 – £110,000
