About the Role

We are growing our B2B Integrations Team and are seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer I.

The team’s mission is to help businesses seamlessly integrate Trustpilot into their feedback workflows and tools, such as Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Meta. You’ll work on event-driven architecture, cloud services, and integrations across various platforms.

You’ll join a cross-functional team with full ownership of products and codebase – from ideation to deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a collaborative cross-functional team with Product, Design, and Data.
  • Contribute to all stages of development: ideation, design, coding, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Support planning, implementation, and release of new features.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain existing software.
  • Promote a data-driven mindset by analysing and aggregating data.
  • Learn and grow with guidance from senior engineers.

About You

  • Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and collaborative.
  • Experience with Node.js (backend) and React (frontend).
  • Interested in cloud-based development (AWS, serverless, event-driven systems).
  • Skilled in building RESTful APIs and distributed cloud services.
  • Experience deploying features to production environments.
  • Exposure to ecommerce apps (Shopify, PrestaShop), CRM integrations (HubSpot, Zendesk), Salesforce, or scripting languages like PHP is a plus.

  • Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, Lambda, SNS, SQS, CloudFormation), Docker
  • Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript
  • Frontend: React, SSR, CSS Modules, Sass, CSS-in-JS (Emotion, Styled Components)
  • Databases: DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, BigQuery
  • DevOps Tools: GitHub, NewRelic, Kibana
