Korrect Homes is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and Videographer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing graphics and creating high-quality videos that effectively showcase our real estate properties and enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
- Create visually stunning graphics for social media, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Develop branding materials and ensure consistency with the company’s visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design layouts that effectively communicate our message.
- Videography:
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content showcasing properties, company events, and client testimonials.
- Create short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Ensure high-quality production standards, including lighting, sound, and editing.
- Stay updated with industry trends to produce engaging and innovative video content.
- Content Management:
- Organize and manage a library of multimedia content for easy access and use.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand and goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with camera equipment and videography techniques.
- Strong creative and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in real estate marketing or knowledge of the real estate industry.
- Motion graphics skills using Adobe After Effects or similar software.
- Basic photography skills.
