Middlesex University is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Head of Planning and Analytics to lead a newly formed team at the heart of strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of analysts and specialists focusing on student number planning, performance monitoring, and business intelligence.
- Develop and implement innovative planning frameworks to support strategic priorities.
- Advance analytics capabilities, including modern reporting architecture using Tableau.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to embed data and insight in decision-making.
- Foster a culture of evidence-based planning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
- Strong background in higher education planning, analytics, or performance roles.
- Proven track record of delivering strategic insight through data.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Advanced analytical expertise and collaborative mindset.
