Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will:

  • Shape and deliver our corporate strategy across diverse business units
  • Lead change initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and improvement
  • Identify emerging trends and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Drive transformation through collaboration, digital innovation, and scenario planning

About You

We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a strong record in corporate strategy and transformation. You bring analytical rigour, creative problem-solving, and leadership excellence, thriving in complex, global environments.

Your experience includes:

  • Leading strategy and major change initiatives in global organisations
  • Turning complex data and market insights into clear recommendations
  • Collaborating with stakeholders at Board and Executive levels
  • Understanding how structures and business drivers impact strategy execution
  • Championing innovation, including Generative AI applications
  • Developing strong business cases with financial acumen
  • Inspiring diverse teams with inclusive leadership and psychological safety

Recruitment Process

  • Stage 1: Competency-based interview with CV review
  • Stage 2: Presentation (topic given 1 week before), case study, and competency-based questions
  • Stage 3: Hogan assessment & possible informal executive interview
