Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will:
- Shape and deliver our corporate strategy across diverse business units
- Lead change initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and improvement
- Identify emerging trends and translate insights into actionable plans
- Drive transformation through collaboration, digital innovation, and scenario planning
About You
We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a strong record in corporate strategy and transformation. You bring analytical rigour, creative problem-solving, and leadership excellence, thriving in complex, global environments.
Your experience includes:
- Leading strategy and major change initiatives in global organisations
- Turning complex data and market insights into clear recommendations
- Collaborating with stakeholders at Board and Executive levels
- Understanding how structures and business drivers impact strategy execution
- Championing innovation, including Generative AI applications
- Developing strong business cases with financial acumen
- Inspiring diverse teams with inclusive leadership and psychological safety

Recruitment Process
- Stage 1: Competency-based interview with CV review
- Stage 2: Presentation (topic given 1 week before), case study, and competency-based questions
- Stage 3: Hogan assessment & possible informal executive interview
