Do you want to be part of a national network supporting the delivery of health and care research across England?
Are you an experienced Project Manager who can lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality engagement and events?

As a Health and Care Specialties Manager, you will:

  • Manage engagement activities with National and Local Specialty Leads.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and lead projects to enhance specialty engagement.
  • Develop communications materials and manage meetings/events including agendas and follow-ups.
  • Respond to stakeholder queries, including those from the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC).
  • Supervise coordinators and administrators, allocating work effectively.
  • Support operational delivery and organizational change within the RDNCC and wider NIHR network.

This role is based in the RDNCC office on Queen Street, Leeds, with a hybrid working model — staff are expected to spend at least 40% of their time in the office.
