Role Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care, toileting, eating and hydration
  • Administer medication
  • Escort residents to appointments
  • Support residents with activities and social engagement
  • Maintain accurate care documentation
  • Promote dignity, respect and person-centred care

What We’re Looking For

  • Kind, caring and patient individual with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Experience in elderly care, dementia or challenging behaviour (desirable)
  • Commitment to CQC standards and organisational policies
