Role Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, toileting, eating and hydration
- Administer medication
- Escort residents to appointments
- Support residents with activities and social engagement
- Maintain accurate care documentation
- Promote dignity, respect and person-centred care
What We’re Looking For
- Kind, caring and patient individual with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience in elderly care, dementia or challenging behaviour (desirable)
- Commitment to CQC standards and organisational policies
