Overview
is recruiting experienced Community Health Care Assistants (HCA) to join the Staff Bank workforce. This role supports community-based care across:
- Dorking PCN
- ICP PCN
- Cobham & Oxshott
- Leatherhead
Applicants must already have Community HCA experience and be competent in all listed clinical skills.
Mandatory HCA Competencies
- Clinical observations (Temp, Pulse, BP lying/standing, Respirations, O2 sats, Blood glucose)
- General hygiene & mouth care
- Pressure ulcer care & treatment
- Wound care (simple dressings)
- Aseptic Non-Touch Technique (ANTT)
- Basic catheter care
- Venepuncture
- Subcutaneous injections (e.g. Insulin, Dalteparin)
- CoaguChek (INR testing)
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months HCA experience
- Proven community healthcare competency
- Ability to work flexibly across Surrey Downs locations
