Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care tasks: washing, dressing, dietary support, hygiene, and mobility.
- Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity.
- Document care activities and client observations accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols.
- Follow best practices in hand hygiene and PPE usage.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in training, meetings, and supervision sessions.
- Adhere to CQC standards and company care/safety policies.
- Own and maintain a roadworthy vehicle for client visits.
- Travel efficiently between multiple client locations.

Requirements
- A verifiable DBS (we can assist with your application)
- Satisfactory references
- Paid care experience (preferred, not essential)
Qualifications
- Working toward or holding a Level 2/3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (desirable)
- Full driving license (essential)
Experience & Skills
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with CQC regulations desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Empathetic, patient, and compassionate
- Basic understanding of health & safety, infection control, and manual handling procedures
