Overview
The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) and the CRUK Convergence Science Centre are seeking a Health Economist to lead early-stage health economic modelling and health technology assessment (HTA) for groundbreaking oncology innovations.
You will work under the guidance of Dr Patrick Kierkegaard and Professor Axel Behrens, contributing to evaluations of precision medicines, diagnostics, treatments, and digital health technologies (DHTs). The role involves collaboration across partner sites, including The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, ICR Sutton, and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
About the Team
You’ll join the Cancer Technology Catalyst (CTC) team — a multidisciplinary group accelerating promising cancer technologies from concept to clinical application. The CTC uses a collaborative “Team Science” approach to generate robust evidence and drive innovation toward patient impact.
