We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join our Primary Care team at HMP Onley, a Category C prison located in Rugby.
- Hours: 3-week rolling rota, including 1 weekend in 3
- Salary: Up to £28,690 per annum (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:
- Support the registered nurse in implementing care plans in collaboration with patients, in line with training and safe practice
- Develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery

Qualifications Required
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care
- A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literacy and good computer skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Ability to work unsupervised while following policy and procedures
Desirable: Experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment.
