We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young girl in Gateshead, on a 1:1 basis.
Our service user is an interactive young girl who enjoys story time, exploring sensory lights and taking part in art and craft-based activities. She also loves visiting her local park and attending hydrotherapy sessions.
Role
Your role will be to provide specialised care both at home and within her educational setting. At night, you will remain attentive to her complex care needs and create a calming environment to promote a restful night’s sleep.
We are looking for candidates with experience in providing complex care, including epilepsy management and PEG feeding.
Please note, our service users’ families have specifically requested female staff for their team.

Pay Rates: £15.00 per hour (Approx. £180.00 per 12-hour shift)
We offer enhanced rates of £17.50 per hour for Bank Holidays (Approx. £210.00 per 12-hour shift)
