SUMERU INC. is seeking a Help Desk Analyst II to provide top-notch customer support remotely. The ideal candidate will respond to inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accurate records while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information about insurance benefits, claims, and provider contracts.
  • Analyze customer issues and deliver effective solutions promptly and professionally.
  • Retrieve and document customer information, activities, and changes accurately in the database.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of inquiry outcomes for proper tracking and analysis.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while collaborating with internal teams.
  • Research and analyze data to resolve operational challenges and customer service issues.
  • Manage follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Adapt to non-standard practices and procedures using automated systems while maintaining high accuracy and compliance.
  • Understand and respond effectively to the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers.
