Description
SUMERU INC. is seeking a Help Desk Analyst II to provide top-notch customer support remotely. The ideal candidate will respond to inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accurate records while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information about insurance benefits, claims, and provider contracts.
- Analyze customer issues and deliver effective solutions promptly and professionally.
- Retrieve and document customer information, activities, and changes accurately in the database.
- Maintain detailed documentation of inquiry outcomes for proper tracking and analysis.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while collaborating with internal teams.
- Research and analyze data to resolve operational challenges and customer service issues.
- Manage follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Adapt to non-standard practices and procedures using automated systems while maintaining high accuracy and compliance.
- Understand and respond effectively to the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers.
