Role
As a Care Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers’ daily routines to help them maintain independence at home.
Typical Daily Schedule:
- Morning Visits (from 7 am): 4–5 customers, 30–60 mins each
- Lunchtime Visits: Meals and companionship
- Afternoon Break (2–4 pm)
- Evening Visits (until 9:30/10 pm): Meals, bedtime routines, and care
Note: Travel time between customers is typically under 15 minutes.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous care experience (preferred)
- Genuine compassion and reliability
- Driving licence (preferred but not required)
- Right to Work in the UK
