About the Role
Join HC-One as a Housekeeping Assistant, where kindness is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll help create a clean, safe, and welcoming home for residents across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist homes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
- Following cleaning schedules and tasks set by the team lead
- Using products safely and following hygiene procedures
- Supporting infection control and safety standards
- Helping with laundry and linen care
- Reporting any issues or repairs as needed
Bring your positive attitude, attention to detail, and kindness to every interaction—with residents, visitors, and your team. Full training is provided, so experience is helpful but not essential.
Safeguarding:
All colleagues are trained to recognize and report signs of abuse, harm, or neglect. Appropriate advice and escalation procedures are in place to ensure resident safety.
