About the Role

Spinwell Global is recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join the NHS in Truro. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead People, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Organisational Development activities that support Care Group objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead specialist for People and OD activities within assigned Care Groups
  • Drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality HR services
  • Support workforce planning and change management initiatives
  • Develop strategies aligned with the People Strategy and “Being Brilliant” programme

Skills & Experience

  • Chartered MCIPD or equivalent HR/OD qualification (or relevant experience)
  • Strong HR and OD background at a senior level
  • Proven experience in business planning and workforce strategy
  • Experience within large, complex, unionised organisations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strategic thinking, diplomacy, and stakeholder management expertise
