Overview
A high-growth semiconductor company is expanding its IC Development capability and is seeking an experienced Digital IC Design Lead. The company focuses on display, video, AI data processing, and wireless connectivity, operating in a modern, engineering-led environment.
This is a senior technical leadership role combining hands-on digital IC design with people and project leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital IC design projects from concept to implementation
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers
- Perform hands-on digital IC design using Verilog, SystemVerilog, and/or VHDL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ASIC solutions
Essential Requirements
- BEng or MEng in Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in digital or mixed-signal IC design
- 1+ year experience in people management or technical leadership
- Strong hands-on experience in digital IC design
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to mixed-signal design
- Familiarity with full ASIC front-end and back-end flows
- Python scripting experience
- Experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
