About the Role
Sage is seeking an Insights Analyst (Marketing) to join a newly established team focused on strengthening data-driven decision-making across the organisation. You will translate marketing needs into clear BI requirements, develop dashboards, deliver insights, and shape strategy while collaborating with marketing, technology, and editorial teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key marketing metrics to improve campaign performance.
- Build intuitive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Extract and interpret insights from campaign and audience data.
- Translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Support marketing teams in analytics and data interpretation.
- Conduct campaign evaluations, ad-hoc analysis, and performance reporting.
- Link competitive, market, and funding trends to campaign outcomes.
- Enhance customer segmentation, personas, and journey maps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Skilled in marketing analytics, data storytelling, and strategic insight generation.
- Experienced with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Strong understanding of metrics such as conversion, ROI, engagement, funnel analysis, and attribution.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decisions with data.
