Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient Microsoft Dynamics & SharePoint Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, resilient, and eager to take initiative in configuring and managing Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions.
This position requires excellent communication skills in English and, ideally, Mandarin Chinese. Work visa sponsorship can be provided for suitable international candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP)
- Design, build, and manage SharePoint Online sites and workflows
- Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flow)
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Maintain system documentation and ensure IT compliance
- Troubleshoot system issues; work with vendors like Microsoft
- Demonstrate independence, a strong work ethic, and learning agility
Required Skills and Competencies
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate (basic Power Apps a plus)
- Fluent in English (Mandarin highly preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Willing to relocate if needed
Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (Dynamics, Power Platform, or M365)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Experience in multicultural/bilingual work environments
