IT Business Analyst
Salary: £54,829 per annum
Location: Home Based – Birmingham
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 35 hours per week / 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight)

Overview
Housing 21 is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our IT Business Services team.
You’ll be responsible for analysing, documenting, and communicating requirements for systems and data-related changes across projects, enhancements, and BAU activities — ensuring alignment with business needs and outcomes.
While this role is primarily home-based, occasional travel to our Birmingham head office will be required for team meetings.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong business analysis and documentation skills
- Experience delivering business analysis in Waterfall or hybrid environments
- Knowledge of recognised analysis frameworks and evidence-based techniques
- Experience working with SQL, Excel, and data-related system configurations
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
