About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an IT Business Analyst passionate about driving change and enhancing People/HR systems. You’ll support the delivery of operational and organisational initiatives, focusing on analysis, process improvement, and system optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver regular reporting and strategic analysis
- Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies
- Review, develop, and improve processes and policies
- Use data to identify root causes and drive improvements
- Support organisational design projects
- Identify trends and provide recommendations
- Train stakeholders in Process Excellence principles
What You Need
- Proven experience in an IT Business Analyst role
- Strong data analysis and process mapping skills
- Experience with Jira and Agile/hybrid environments
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Background in People/HR systems is advantageous
- Understanding of regulatory changes (e.g., EU pay transparency)
