Job Overview

Reporting to the Business Partnering Manager, this role serves as a vital link between IT capabilities and business objectives. The successful candidate will bring expertise in both IT and business processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and analyse business requirements
  • Business Process Analysis: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions
  • Technical Liaison: Bridge communication between business units and IT teams
  • Data Analysis: Support project scoping and performance measurement through data analysis
  • Documentation: Create business requirements, process maps, user manuals, and more
  • Project Support: Assist with planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects
  • Quality Assurance: Validate IT solutions via test plans and support user acceptance testing
  • Change Management: Contribute to strategies that enhance user adoption and minimize business disruption

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience in business process modelling, data analysis, and project management
  • FMCG sector experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency with SAP systems

Suitable for candidates with titles such as:
Business Analyst, IT Analyst, SAP Analyst, System Analyst, Business Partner, or Supply Chain Business Analyst
