Job Description
As an IT Engineer (Cloud), you’ll report to the Infrastructure & Cloud Team Leader, ensuring the effective management of cloud-based systems. You will support the Service Centre with 2nd and 3rd line issues, helping maximize the performance, stability, and availability of our cloud services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance cloud systems and infrastructure
- Support Service Centre teams with guidance and escalation assistance
- Contribute to system development and deployment of cloud components

- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services
- A collaborative and proactive support approach
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in deploying and developing cloud solutions
- Flexibility to manage shifting priorities and participate in the out-of-hours technician rota
- A positive attitude toward maintaining a healthy work-life balance
