 Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Technician to support our staff and pupils while contributing to the school’s innovative approach to educational technology. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career or looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily technical support to staff and pupils
  • Manage Microsoft 365, including Teams and Azure
  • Support Jamf School MDM for iPads (1:1 and shared)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Ensure secure, up-to-date, classroom-ready devices
  • Assist onboarding of new staff and students
  • Liaise with external IT providers

Skills & Experience

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, and Azure
  • Experience or willingness to learn Jamf School MDM
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and supportive communication skills
  • Ability to work in a busy school environment
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive
  • School experience is welcome but not essential
