Overview
INET Software Solutions Ltd is seeking a dedicated IT User Support Technician to deliver technical assistance and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of systems and network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
IT Administration & User Management
- Manage application user accounts, permissions, and access levels.
- Handle file server user administration, folder access, and security permissions.
- Oversee and resolve helpdesk support tickets promptly.
Information Security Support
- Support the Information Security Manager with due diligence questionnaires and audit documentation.
- Assist with regular system checks, security protocols, and data protection tasks.
Technical Support & System Maintenance
- Provide on-site and remote IT support to staff.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain software, hardware, and IT systems.
- Troubleshoot device, network, and application issues.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in IT support, IT service desk, or IT administration.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and Windows environments.
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Basic cybersecurity and data protection knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical user support.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
