Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Remote)
Location: Home-based
Contract: Part-time / Flexible shifts including weekend cover
We are looking to recruit several Customer Service Advisors to join our remote-working customer service team.
The role involves handling customer and client enquiries received by email and our internal systems. You will be responsible for responding to information requests, checking documentation for accuracy, and ensuring all records are processed correctly within our internal systems.
This position is well suited to individuals with strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and confidence in written communication. While no advanced technical knowledge is required, competent computer skills are essential.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are responsible, reliable, and able to manage their workload efficiently. The role includes some weekend work to support system processing tasks, although there is flexibility around working hours, provided daily tasks are completed.
