Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Executive to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, installation, troubleshooting, repairs, retrieval, and warehousing of slot machines, ensuring they function properly and meet all technical requirements.

Responsibilities: (You will be trained)

  • Prepare slot machines for shipment by installing software updates, configuring settings, and ensuring compliance with IT Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of machine numbers, site names & addresses and promptly forward for Back Office documentation.
  • Install slot machines at Partner locations,
  • Prompt retrieval of slot machines ensuring all equipment is accounted for and securely transported.
  • Manage the warehousing of slot machines, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper storage procedures are followed.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with slot machines, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Document all service activities and maintain detailed records.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in slot machine technology.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in a technical support role or related field.
  • Experience with computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance is required
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
  • Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users
  • Ability to identify and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Knowledge of operating systems
  • Proficiency in remote software such as Teamviewer or Anydesk
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Basic knowledge of IT security best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦180,000.00 per month
