The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our FP&A team on an initial 3-month interim basis.
This role focuses on data reconciliation and automation, particularly between our ERP and Salesforce systems. You will work heavily in Excel and ideally have some experience with Salesforce (training available).
You will report to the Head of FP&A, based in our London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data reconciliations and system updates
- Support a data automation project using Power BI
- Document data definitions, methodologies, and processes
- Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Basic understanding of SQL with the ability to write simple queries
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI)
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus (training provided)
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
