About the Role
Bürgshake is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary team in delivering high-quality meals and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in catering, cooking, and restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation and food assembly
- Support kitchen hygiene and safety compliance
- Help with basic cooking tasks (chopping, mixing, plating)
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and surfaces
- Restock and organise kitchen supplies
- Serve food and ensure quality presentation
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen appliances
- Follow all food safety and health procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen or food service experience (preferred, not required)
- Basic food preparation and safety knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and communication skills
