Description
Glenshire Group is seeking motivated Kitchen Assistants (Night Shift) to join its newly launched Production Unit in Dundee. This facility is the central hub of the fresh food operation, supplying all Greens stores across Scotland. You will be joining the team at an exciting and pivotal stage of growth.
Working Pattern
Candidates must be available to work five days out of seven within the 7:00 pm – 3:30 am shift window.
Saturday is a fixed rest day.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble high volumes of fresh rolls, salads, sandwiches, and ready meals
- Pack and label products ready for nationwide store distribution
- Maintain consistent quality standards across all food products
- Manage ingredient rotation to ensure freshness and minimise waste
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in a high-output environment
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong work ethic with the stamina to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Positive, can-do attitude with strong attention to accuracy and speed
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
- Previous food production or high-volume catering experience is desirable but not essential
