As a Lead Software Engineer (Full-Stack), you’ll help create innovative eLearning solutions using TypeScript and ReactJS, collaborating with a talented team to deliver high-quality digital platforms that enhance user experiences.
You’ll also mentor up to two software engineers, guiding their professional growth while advancing your leadership and technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to architectural decisions, best practices, and engineering principles.
 - Develop and maintain robust, feature-rich web applications primarily using TypeScript.
 - Design scalable solutions leveraging AWS cloud services.
 - Lead code reviews, paired programming, and agile development practices.
 - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, UX, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders.
 - Participate in requirements gathering and ensure robust software testing strategies.
 - Partner with other Lead Software Engineers and management to drive technical excellence and product innovation.
 
About You
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack development (TypeScript/JavaScript preferred; Python or Java desirable).
 - Strong grasp of coding best practices, frameworks, and software architecture.
 - Experienced in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or scaled frameworks).
 - Proactive, analytical, and adaptable problem solver.
 - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
 - Eager to learn, innovate, and mentor others.
