As a Live-In Community Worker, you will:

  • Live in a L’Arche house as part of one of our 11 UK communities.
  • Build relationships of mutuality, community, and spirituality.
  • Support people with learning disabilities to live independently within a network of friendships.
  • Assist L’Arche employees providing care and support where needed.

Living in a L’Arche Community is an intense and rewarding experience. It combines routine with the unexpected, requiring a deep commitment.
