Role: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Visa Sponsorship / Relocation Available)
Package: £55,000 + (OTE £60,000 – £70,000) + Overtime + Benefits + Pension + Training + Progression
Location: Rugby (commutable from Kenilworth, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Bilton, Brinklow, Finham, Dunchurch, Southam & surrounding areas)

Responsibilities
- Preventative & reactive maintenance across production lines (focus on PLC systems)
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Planned & unplanned maintenance work
- Working on a days/nights shift pattern
Requirements
- Electrical or mechanical qualifications
- Experience as a Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias preferred)
- Willingness to upskill through training
- Looking to develop in a market-leading company
