Role Overview:
The Marketing Specialist – Data & AI will focus on data-driven marketing strategies, leveraging tools, AI solutions, and automation to create scalable and impactful initiatives. This role requires a strong grasp of Excel and data analytics, content marketing strategies, and an ability to integrate AI solutions effectively into marketing workflows.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts while exploring innovative ways to optimize processes and improve results.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Mastery: Analyze marketing data, trends, and performance metrics using Excel and other tools to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.
Content Marketing: Develop and refine content marketing strategies to engage and educate target audiences, positioning Geeks for Growth as a thought leader in the Data & AI domain.
AI Utilization: Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance content creation, customer segmentation, and overall marketing efficiency.
Marketing Automation: Set up, manage, and optimize marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline operations and improve lead management.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on trends in Data, AI, and marketing automation to identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications:
Experience: 4+ years in a marketing role with significant experience in data analysis, automation, and content marketing.
English Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear, compelling content and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Excel Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and visualization techniques.
Content Marketing Skills: Proven ability to create and optimize content strategies to engage target audiences effectively.
AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI tools and their applications in marketing, including content generation and analytics.
Marketing Automation: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools
Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Tech-Savvy: Comfort with learning and using new tools and technologies to improve marketing workflows.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
