About the Role
The Ward Manager will hold overall responsibility for the safe and effective delivery of care within the ward, ensuring adherence to local regulations and international best practices.
You will:
- Lead and develop the nursing team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Oversee clinical standards and operational management.
- Foster a culture of safety, compassion, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Represent Maudsley Health and SLaM through professional leadership and excellence.
Note: A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is mandatory to obtain a license to practice in the UAE.
