Job Summary
Ampthill CMHT provides compassionate, person-centred care to people experiencing mental ill-health across Central Bedfordshire. Our multi-disciplinary team has a strong social care ethos, supported by Senior Social Workers and Social Care Leads who ensure regular supervision, reflective practice, and CPD opportunities.

Main Duties
- Deliver high-quality social care services to adults experiencing mental ill-health
- Provide assessment, care planning, and coordination of care from a social perspective
- Manage a varied caseload of adults with complex needs
- Engage in reflective practice and maintain professional development in line with Social Work England standards
