Overview
Mobile Doc is currently hiring an experienced Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join its team in Bondi Junction, NSW. This role is ideal for technicians with strong repair skills and a passion for customer service and sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Repair iPhone, Samsung phones, and iPads
- Sell and upsell mobile phone accessories
- Install all types of screen protectors
- Stock ordering, maintenance, and stocktake
- Store opening and closing duties
- Cash handling and cashiering
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a phone repair technician or sales assistant
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of repairing other phone models is an advantage
- Must have valid Australian work authorisation
