Department Overview

The EMEA Network/Vendor Management team in London is part of Shared Services (Operations). The team manages key custody and cash banking partners and operational vendors, supported by an offshore team in Powai, India.

 Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with custody, clearing agents, and key third parties in EMEA
  • Conduct ongoing due diligence to ensure service quality and competitive pricing
  • Act as escalation point for issue resolution across internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead service review meetings with banks and vendors, driving follow-up actions
  • Represent the firm at external industry forums
  • Support projects (RFPs, fee benchmarking, vendor negotiations)

Skills & Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication; confident in representing the function externally
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and inbox management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team-oriented, comfortable working with global colleagues
  • Broad knowledge of financial products (fixed income, equity, FX, OTC) preferred
  • Experience managing third-party/vendor engagements beneficial
