Overview
As a Night Care Assistant at Wood Care Group, you will care for residents with empathy and respect—just as you would your own family. You’ll support individuals with their physical, psychological, and social needs, including:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene)
- Meal assistance
- Promoting wellbeing and dignity
Whether you are an experienced Care Assistant, Care Giver, Community Support Worker—or completely new to care—full training is provided for compassionate, dedicated individuals.
About You
We’re looking for people who are kind, caring, and passionate about making a difference. Ideally, you will have:
- Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Care Certificate (desirable, not essential)
- Experience in a care home environment (desirable)
- Experience leading a team
- Strong communication skills
- A committed, organised and flexible approach
- Ability to work shifts

- Attend staff meetings
