About the Role
You will become a valued part of the senior decision-making process, working alongside fellow Nurses, Senior Care Leads, and local multidisciplinary teams. You will have access to 24/7 on-call support from Colten Care’s Clinical and Quality experts.
You will lead night shifts, allocate duties to the nursing and care team, and build strong relationships with residents, making a meaningful difference to their health and wellbeing every day.

About You
You will have excellent clinical knowledge, strong judgement, and great communication skills. You are a team player with attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
You will have experience role-modelling and promoting best practice in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care, and other essential clinical interventions. You will also support student nurses and Trainee Nurse Associates as a Practice Assessor or Supervisor.
