Overview
Framework is a charity delivering housing, health, employment, support, and care services to people with a diverse range of needs. As a Night Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our hostels and service users safe during the night.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working nights, wants the stability of set shifts, and is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of clients and the building overnight.
- Record and share relevant information with co-workers and managers.
- Work with support planners to build confidence and independence in service users.
- Maintain a safe environment and contribute to service obligations.
- Carry out welfare checks, at-risk checks, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Work in partnership with other agencies to maximise service delivery.
- Build professional, supportive relationships with service users.

What We’re Looking For
- No prior experience required – full induction and training provided.
- Understanding of the issues faced by vulnerable adults.
- Ability to work on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
- A commitment to delivering a safe, supportive service.
