Occupational Health Advisor (Remote / Home-Based)
Location: Bristol, City of Bristol (Remote)
Salary: £45,000 – £48,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 22.5 – 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, Flexible Working Hours)
About the Role
Join a forward-thinking Occupational Health & Wellbeing team as a Home-Based Occupational Health Advisor. You’ll provide high-quality Occupational Health services to a range of public and private sector clients — managing up to six cases per day while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification (valid NMC pin, unrestricted)
- Occupational Health qualification (Degree, Diploma, or Certificate)
- Ability to work independently and autonomously from home
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, motivated, and adaptable professional
