Hours: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Job Description
We’re hiring on behalf of Stoneseed IT, a leading provider of IT Project Management services. They are looking for an Office Administrator to join their Project Management Office in Nottingham. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the internal team operations.
Hybrid working available — up to 2 days per week remote.
Responsibilities
- Handle phone and email enquiries from internal teams and external clients
- Maintain and update project documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organise travel and accommodation for the project team
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new team members
- Maintain internal databases, perform data entry and generate basic reports
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
About You
We’re looking for a confident, self-motivated individual eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced PMO team.
Ideal candidate attributes:
- Proactive and organised; meets tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel (infrequent)
- Full UK Driving License and access to a car (due to limited public transport)
- Suitable for entry-level applicants or potential apprentices
