Overview

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator who thrives in structured environments, cares deeply about execution quality, and wants to work remotely on real, high-impact operations. This is not generic outsourcing—you’ll be part of a selective team supporting core operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage workforce performance against defined KPIs
- Ensure high standards of Health & Safety across daily operations
- Communicate operational updates, process changes, and shift information clearly
- Manage attendance, absences, rotas, and workforce allocation
- Support onboarding, training, and retraining of workers
- Handle worker queries and welfare meetings professionally
- Maintain accurate records across operational systems (attendance, training, skills)
- Produce daily and weekly operational reports for internal teams and client stakeholders
- Support investigations, incidents, and operational escalations when required
Requirements
- Experience in operations coordination, workforce management, or similar roles
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with KPIs, reports, and operational systems
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Ownership mindset and high standards for quality and accuracy
- Comfortable working remotely with UK-based teams
