Salary: £43,800 – £55,600 per year
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours/week)

About the Role
Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking an experienced **Operations Excellence Lead** to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and Lean Six Sigma projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to deliver impactful projects, implement new processes, and foster a culture of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage and innovate Operations Excellence programs. – Monitor performance using data-driven insights to identify and solve issues. – Collaborate with Lean Six Sigma practitioners and act as a change agent. – Promote Continuous Improvement through coaching, workshops, and training.
About You
– Experienced in operations or supply chain, with a strong track record in process improvement. – Skilled in Lean Six Sigma and project/change management. – Excellent problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills. – Self-motivated and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
