Job Overview
FedEx is seeking an Operations Support Agent to join its London operations team. In this role, you will support daily logistics operations, assist customers with shipment inquiries, and ensure packages are delivered efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure urgent customer packages reach the correct destination on time
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding shipment collections and delivery inquiries
Investigate failed deliveries or collections and prioritize them for next-day delivery
Enter shipment data into the company’s in-house tracking system
Maintain clear communication with team members, managers, and operations stations
Follow FedEx operational procedures and regulatory requirements
Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
Good time management skills and attention to detail
