 Overview

Pink Callers is seeking enthusiastic entry-level Customer Service Representatives to work remotely. No previous call center experience is required as paid training is provided. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start or grow a career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally
  • Schedule appointments and provide customer support
  • Book incoming leads with a target rate of 85% or higher
  • Use tools such as ServiceTitan, Jobber, or HouseCall Pro (training provided)
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to build customer trust
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable using technology such as email, chat, and applications
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience with ServiceTitan, Jobber, or HouseCall Pro is an advantage but not required.

Computer and Equipment

  • Operating System: Windows 11 (64-bit) or macOS Ventura or newer
  • Processor: Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (Quad-Core, 2.4GHz or higher)
  • RAM: Minimum 8 GB
  • Storage: 256 GB SSD
  • Display: 1080p HD resolution (21-inch monitor preferred; external monitor required for laptops)
  • Webcam: HD webcam (720p minimum)
  • Wired keyboard, mouse, and USB headset (Bluetooth not allowed)

Internet Requirements

  • Download speed: Minimum 200 Mbps
  • Upload speed: Minimum 20 Mbps
  • Latency: Under 50ms with no packet loss
  • Ethernet connection required

Security Requirements

  • Active antivirus software (Windows Defender, Norton, McAfee, or equivalent)
  • At least two available USB ports
